We offer free shipping via regular post for all orders over $60. All orders that are under $60, a flat fee of $8.00 will be applied for regular post. For express post, there is a flat fee of $15.
We know how fast you want your items to arrive, therefore we will try our best to dispatch items on the same day or the next after order has been made.
Regular Post: Please allow 2 – 4 days for orders within NSW. For other interstate metro areas, please allow up to 3 – 10 days. Express Post: 1 -3 business days for all major metropolitan areas within Australia.

As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email along with your tracking number.
We apologise that it has not arrived yet, however, do not panic. All orders are sent through reliable and trustworthy services such as Australia Post or Sendle (Courier's Please/Fastway). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. In unusual circumstances that the order number states it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post or Sendle directly, so they can investigate the matter further.
Please note that once we have dispatched your order with our postal provider, we are not liable for any lost, delayed, or stolen orders. Thank you for understanding.
We will only offer a refund for items that have been returned to us, and we have identified it as being a faulty item. If you decide to return the item for the faulty item, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer and not covered by us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up at the moment.
Orders within 8km of our location, you have the option to select local delivery. We will deliver your package to your address for free with a minimum purchase of $50. This is the fastest option if you want your package as soon as possible without going through couriers. The package will be securely packaged and left in a safe location.
However, please note there will be no tracking number for this option and we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
For now, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple payments.
You may have received a notification stating that a refund for your order has been made. This is because the item/s you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. This is an inventory mistake from our end, and we sincerely apologise for the matter. To make things more efficient, we will automatically refund your item/s and shipping cost. It should appear in the account that you made the payment from within a few business days. Thank you for understanding.
For all in stock items, we try our best to fulfil orders as soon as possible.
If you have been waiting for a while, there may have been a chance that your order has been refunded due to inavaibilities of items. Please check the account that you used to make the payment/order. We apologise for the inconvenience.
